Following a lot of delays from various reasons, today I will start using Dr. Natura's Colonix and post weekly updates on the product. I have only purchased a set for one month - since I have never done such a colon cleansing before, I did not want to go for the full three months package before knowing how my body reacts to it.
Anyway, the idea is that, starting today, I hope to get rid of my annoying constipation and finally get it going and feel better with myself. Stay tuned as I will update my Colonix experience regularly and I will personally tell you if it is a scam or not. I truly hope it's not, because I'm running out of options with my IBS :) Stay healthy!

I am following your blog because I too, suffer from IBS.
Stay Strong!
Thank you, same to you! And if you have any advice other readers might find helpful, don't hesitate to share!
Have you ever had a colonoscopy? Mine showed a clean pink colon. No gunk on the inside or "impacted fecal material." Here is how colonix works:
Basically, Colonix puts an herb called psyllium into their fiber mix, which acts like glue. You drink it, and when it goes into your colon, your feces basically gets stuck to it. Those "ropes" that you see evryone holding up on the Colonix website, is merely the psyllium with pieces of your poop stuck to it.
However, Dr. Natura passes it off that these are WORMS & PARASITES. It's pretty misleading when a company knowingly posts inaccurate testimonials, claiming that their product are doing all sorts of incredible stuff. Those ropes are not worms or impacted fecal matter. It;s only the psyllium. It's nothing more then a scam.
I hope you did not pay too much and that you can still get your money back. Go talk to your doctor.
Many physicians believe IBS is a result of too much anxiety or not coping well with stress. There is no doubt that individuals who suffer from IBS have more problems when they are under more stress. Everyone responds to stress differently and I believe this is just the way God has created them. In fact, it is not unusual to see several family members or generations of family members all suffer from IBS.
Indeed, Jeff, you are 100% correct. However, regarding this Colonix product, I did spend a lot of time checking both pro's and con's and, after eventually talking with my doctor, he said that it couldn't harm me if I try - and if I do feel bad, I will stop.
That's the reason why I only bought the product for one month - just to check it and see how it works. Even if it is just a prank and the psyllium is the only thing I will take out of my colon, it is something. And if my brain believes it's a miracle, it sure helps me a lot more than not doing anything :) Yes, I am that type of person who believes placebo is BIG. And I also want to test for myself everything, not to regret later that I did not do it.
However, it's a great and valuable information you have offered me - I never thought that psyllium is actually the thing those people are showing. I'll see - this is my first day and, of course, there's no change :D
i am interested in your results and will continue to follow your blog. it is always better to hear from someone first hand if a product is worth it or not. although everyone responds differently to different things it will still be very informative. thanks for posting
